Por lo que cabe preguntarse: \u00ab\u00bfLlevar una dieta vegana afectar\u00eda al rendimiento de un atleta?\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ya sabes, es fundamental llevar una dieta equilibrada, sobre todo, si eres deportista. De momento, no hay estudios s\u00f3lidos a favor o en contra de si es saludable este tipo de dietas en atletas de competici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, se conocen nombres de deportistas de \u00e9lite que siguen una dieta vegana y no por ello se han visto afectados sus logros deportivos. As\u00ed, Timo Hildebran (futbolista), Venus Williams (tenista) o Louis Hamilton (F\u00f3rmula 1) son algunos ejemplos de ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nutrici\u00f3n deportiva vegana<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los atletas consumen mucha m\u00e1s energ\u00eda que una persona promedio, por lo que para entrenar necesita m\u00e1s calor\u00edas. Aqu\u00ed el alimento estrella son los carbohidratos, prote\u00ednas y grasas saludables.
